At Alvin's Island, we want you to love your beachwear and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
