How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, beach-ready fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Alvin's Island ships to all 50 U.S. states and select U.S. territories. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon.
Can I track my package once it has shipped?
Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
